I lost my tooth at lunch yesterday in school! My awesome teacher gave me this super cute tooth necklace and wrapped it all up safe and tidy so I could bring it home and leave it for the tooth fairy. I think the one right next to it will go in the next day or two. I HOPE so anyway because Saturday we're getting family pictures taken and it's a bit "snaggly" if you know what I mean. It's hilarious. I can't believe six years ago this time(ish) Mama was blogging about napping with little baby me on the couch and now I'm losing teeth. Pretty soon I'm going to need deodorant and a training bra. *Sigh**Sigh**Sigh*
In other news Happy Birthday to Ollie today!!
Mama can't get over how BIG you look in this picture. Whoa. Dude. Too fast! TOO FAST! Make a wish little guy - we know what we wish for for you! Happy, happy!
And also - Happy Anniversary to Babi and Duda!
Mark 10:9 - What God has joined together let no man separate.
You are a true testament to what MARRIAGE is all about! 37 years together! We love you so much! Thank you for the wonderful example you set for our marriage!
Happy day!
Love,
Lilly, Anna Jane, and Jack

DoctorJoeSays.com
Mommy and Daddy have a new project! They love blogging about us so much they've created another blog! Don't worry, Lillybean123 will always be my first love - but DoctorJoeSays.com is a little more polished and hopefully relevant and we're EXCITED! Mommy and Daddy both studied writing in college and they both miss doing it. They're passionate about us kids and they thought - hey! Why not put the two together and see what we can do? So they did! It's a fun project they love working on together and it's helping them grow and learn (for instance, Daddy's "pet peeve" is exclamation points! For real! Whowoulda thunk it?) We hope you'll follow the new blog, too (after you come visit us at Lillybean123 first, of course).
It's too bad Mama didn't jump on the blog-wagon six years ago when she started THIS blog. That's right! It's the blog's 6th birthday! Happy birthday, blog! Thanks for being a part of our journey with us!
Love,
Lilly, Anna Jane, and Jack
P.S. Did you notice the new comma after Anna Jane? Yep. There's supposed to be a comma there. For years Mommy left the comma out. Daddy blames Mommy's OU education. Mommy blames society's excessive use of commas.

Owie - Head Injury Chronicles
I got my first head injury last week. Thanks to - JACK - whacking me in the forehead with a shovel! We were outside playing and Mommy heard me screaming so she came out to see what the matter was. There I stood with my hand over my boo boo and blood GUSHING LIKE A RIVER! Naturally Mommy started screaming and it went like this: "JOE! JOE! JOE! JOE! JOE! JOE!" and then Daddy had minor heart palpitations thinking I broke something and when he came outside Mommy and I both stood there staring at each other, screaming. It's a good thing we've made it 6 1/2 years without an incident because it turns out Mama doesn't handle blood very well.
Even though it was a Sunday Daddy took me into his office to clean it up proper. Once we cleaned all the blood away it didn't look quite so bad, but Anna Jane still felt super sorry for me. Note, I did not remove my hairbow during procedure.
We also took Big Dog for extra comfort. He was the only thing Mama grabbed on the way out the door. For some artistic fun, Anna Jane grabbed Mommy's phone and took some candids of my procedure and of Mama holding me down.
It's hard to look at that, isn't it?
Well, dang, it's even harder to look at that but Mama thought it was funny and she can laugh at herself.
Hey Dr. Daddy do we get a discount?
All done. No stitches. Mommy made sure to tell Daddy not to jeopardize my future career as a world famous fashion model by scarring my forehead. If my career doesn't come to fruition can I sue? I'll start by suing Jack for whacking me in the head with the shovel, then I'll sue Mommy for negligence for not being there at the moment it happened and then I'll sue Daddy for malpractice.
Ha ha! Just joking! Finally, we leave you with a little comic relief. Anna Jane style.
Thank you to Teti, Babi and Duda, and Uncle Mark and Aunt Kimber for bringing me flowers, ice cream, and love. So far I'm all better, but still milking it!

Are You There World? It's Me, Lillybean...
Here I am! I know you've missed me and my stories. I guess after six years of blogging Mommy is entitled to a little hiatus but guess what? We're BACK, y'all! We finally sprung for a new 'puter, we're working on transferring all of our old photos to the new 'puter ("It's really easy," the Mac Genius says, "just do this-this-this - see? An idiot can do it." Except Mommy. She's the idiot who CAN'T do it.) So we are back up and running, excited to share our stories with you and fill you in on this little guy - remember Jack? My brother? The third child?
Yeah, look at him. Like, a whole year of undocumented growth. Sorry, Kid. That's what happens when you're the third, dude. Trust us when we say you're everyone's favorite, though. You are. After me. And after Anna Jane. You're the favorite, really.
Be sure to come back and visit us for stories! We're looking forward to getting back to posting and to hearing from you!
Love,
Lilly Bean, Anna Jane and Jack Man!

Santa Claus!
I promise, I promise - when Santa brings us a new MAC we will do the blog UP next year! Seriously, Mama will pin a bunch of things on Pinterest and magically her blog will turn into a full fledged little internet site with all things Lilly, Anna Jane and Jack!
No, really - this stay at home business is serious BUSY and only having iPad's around (well, plus a work laptop that Mama pulls out only like once or twice a week) well living just gets in the way of blogging. Mama is missing all kinds of the fun little moments, the sweet memories that 20 years from now she might forget all about. So, 2013 was a blur but she swears - she SWEARS - she will blog more for y'all (really for herself) more in 2014. Promise.
As a side note, Anna Jane pointed out to Mama that she breaks promises ALL the time. Like when she PROMISED to pick her up from school but Daddy came instead. Or she PROMISED we could watch 3 movies on a school night. She PROMISED she wouldn't cook chicken. Again. Only God keeps his promises, Mommy and YOU are not GOD. Really, she said that...
Anyway it's the HOLIDAYS and we LOVE THE HOLIDAYS!!! Mostly we LOVE CHRISTMAS! We get to see almost the whole family this year and we are so excited! To get in the mood we visited our favorite beardy man (sorry, Daddy - you are really our favorite beardy man but around this time of year this guy nudges ya out)
No one cried! We are getting TOO BIG!
Santa asked what we wanted this year. Here's what we said:
Jack: "Car car!" or "Ironman!" (everything, I mean EVERYthing is Car car! or Ironman! Daddy said Jack is going to need to learn his superheroes. Mommy said, "Hey Daddy look at this picture of Ironman I got for Jack's room!" Daddy rolled his eyes and said, "That's Flash." Well they all look like Ironman to me too, little dude.
Anna Jane: "Hello Kitty crap! All kinds of it!" She left out "crap" and said, "Hello Kitty"...that's it.
Lilly: "Surprise me."
Hello?!? Surprise you?!? Okay, how about Santa surprises you with a mop and a bucket? Lilly says, "Mommy, Santa knows what's in my heart. He won't let me down." Well kiddo could you let yo Mama know what's in your heart? Nope. Surprise. Sweet. I can't wait to see the look of letdown on her face Christmas morning when she discovers Santa's not a mind reader.
Less than two weeks away! Are you ready for Christmas? Oh we are nowhere near ready, y'all. Not even close. But Mama works best under pressure.
Love,
Lilly, Anna Jane and Jack

How Many Hair Bows!
We are running a contest! Not really. We are just bored. So we're just messing around with hair bows. How many do you think we can put on a head?
The answer is...
The answer is...
A lot!

Lilly, Anna Jane and Jack
